GoogleDocs is an online word processing programme that is free to access with a Google (or Gmail) account. You automatically have a Gmail account as a University of Auckland student. Access your student Gmail details to use GoogleDocs.
GoogleDocs doesn’t have the same level of functionality as MS Word, but it will meet your basic word processing needs. Google provides a range of helpful GoogleDoc templates and training materials. Some common functions are listed below.
